When I ask this question of my clients, they always focus on the word healthy.
Did you do that, too?
We hear the word healthy, and start to associate all sorts of qualities with it...whole grain, whole foods, high protein, low carb, and more.

What a simple question like this can show us is all the thoughts we have about the foods we eat, and the ones we tell ourselves we *should* eat.
